Returns and replacements are accepted within 3 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
How to Return or Replace:
To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our customer care team at support@adorvue.com with your order details. You will also need to provide an unboxing video of the product. The video must clearly show the condition of the product as it was received, including the packaging.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return or replacement is due to an issue on our end (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect product), Adorvue will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Replacement:
If you wish to replace a product, we will gladly assist based on product availability. If the replacement is accepted, we will ship the new product once the returned item is received in its original condition and with packaging intact.

If you wish to cancel your order or request a refund, here’s how we process cancellations and refunds:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, cancellations may not be possible, as the order could already be processed or shipped. To cancel, please contact support@adorvue.com with your order details. - Refunds:
Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned product in its original condition and with packaging intact. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
