Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, we offer a 3-day return window from the day you receive your order.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
If you’d like to initiate a return, kindly contact us at support@adorvue.com. Upon approval of your return, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to return the item. Please note, items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can promptly address the issue and make things right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
There are certain items that cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure about whether your item is eligible for return, please feel free to reach out to us for clarification.
Please note, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the item you currently have and placing a new order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to receive what you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you can cancel or return your order for any reason, without needing to provide justification. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please ensure you also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take some additional time for the refund to be processed and posted.
